CoachClick
My new venture, and what I'm focusing on now. Software for coaches: your site, your booking and your client list in one login, and you set it up by talking to it.
Why I'm focused on this
I went through 4 booking systems. Every time, someone was pissed when I transferred over. Most booking software was built for gyms.
Every week I had to go back and look at other sessions, re-plug them in and find gaps, doing this all in my head.
A lot of people think the training is the problem. That market is a red ocean, because everybody wants to improve their training. No one's speaking about the business side of it, and a lot of coaches don't like the business stuff.
Trevor Kist helped me build the AFC website and he's the guy that taught me how to use AI. When the time came, we went all in on building the software.
Me talking about it
These are from before the software had a name. The club system you see in them isn't CoachClick.
What it does today
- Ace sets up your site, sessions and hours in a conversation. Nothing goes public until you publish.
- Families book privates and semi-privates from one link.
- A coach's time can't be booked twice.
- Bring your client list over from a spreadsheet, with a preview first.
- You issue packs and see session credits by client.
- A credit comes back when a family cancels.
- Add coaches with their own logins and roles.
What it doesn't do yet
- It doesn't send texts yet.
- No groups, classes or camps yet.
- No standing weekly slots yet.
- No coach pay yet.
- We haven't run a real card yet.
- You can't sign yourself up yet.
- We haven't proven a booking email lands in a real inbox yet.
My part
Trevor is the engineer and he wrote the code. I'm the coach, so I decide what coaches and families actually need and what gets built first, and I do the marketing and the edits on the website, because I really understand what a coach needs and feels.
Our club runs on a separate custom system, built just for it. It isn't this software.
